Are you an experienced Specialist Learning Practitioner- Reach/Rise, with a passion for supporting learners to gain the core skills they need to thrive in work and life? Join a forward-thinking college where education changes lives. We are seeking a Specialist Learning Practitioner- Reach/Rise to join our team on a full-time, maternity-cover basis, up to May 2027.

Our Story

  • Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, including maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, and handling documentation.
  • Confident communicator who can act as a key point of contact in the absence of the Project Manager.
  • Ability to plan, monitor, and review progress; experience in setting targets, completing progress reviews, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills; experience providing effective coaching that promotes independence, confidence, and progression.
