Barking & Dagenham College is seeking an Emotional Behaviour Lead to support learners with social, emotional and mental health needs on a full-time, fixed-term basis until 18 December 2027.

You will manage a caseload, deliver targeted 1:1 support, and work with staff and external agencies to implement personalised interventions that help learners progress.

The role requires SEND training and Level 2 English & Maths. You will join a committed team focused on learner success and safeguarding.
