About The Role
- Provide tailored 1:1 and group support to learners with additional needs
- Work closely with Job Coaches and the Project Manager to support learner progression
- Act as a key point of contact for staff, learners, and external partners, especially in the absence of the Project Manager
- Maintain accurate records, support plans, and progress reviews
- Provide general administration support for the smooth running of the programme
- Support learners in both workplace and classroom settings
- Promote independence, life skills, and meaningful progression outcomes
- Be a first point of contact for safeguarding concerns
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced in supporting individuals with learning difficulties, disabilities, or complex needs
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent administrative abilities
- Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies
- Knowledgeable about safeguarding, equality, and inclusive practice
- Passionate about making a positive impact on learners’ lives
- Strong administrative and communication skills; demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, including maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, and handling documentation
- Confident communicator who can act as a key point of contact in the absence of the Project Manager
- Ability to plan, monitor, and review progress; experience in setting targets, completing progress reviews, and maintaining accurate records
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills; experience providing effective coaching that promotes independence, confidence, and progression
