The Role
- Managing bookings across multiple centres
- Liaising professionally with clients, vets, insurance companies, and staff
- Coordinating annual leave and sickness cover
- Supporting payroll administration
- Working alongside our Health Safety Advisor
- Helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the business
- Maintaining high standards of communication, organisation, and professionalism
- Manage the day-to-day non-clinical operations of the centre, ensuring all activities run efficiently and effectively
- Deliver outstanding client services by addressing enquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of customer care
- Monitor health and safety compliance within the centre to ensure a secure environment for staff and clients
- Maintain accurate records of centre activities, including financial transactions
- Collaborate with external service providers as needed to support centre operations
- Implement organisational policies and procedures to uphold quality standards

Requirements
- Proven experience in management, preferably within veterinary or customer service environments
