Job Description
- Office/Ops
- Manager - Canine Physio clinic
- 10-20hrs per week minimum, part time, hrs to be agreed
\n This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and thrives on keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly while still delivering excellent care to clients and their dogs.

The Role
- \n You will play a key role in the operational running of the business, including:
\n \n - Managing bookings across multiple centres
\n - Liaising professionally with clients, vets, insurance companies, and staff
\n - Coordinating annual leave and sickness cover
\n - Supporting payroll administration
\n - Working alongside our Health & Safety Advisor
\n - Helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the business
\n - Maintaining high standards of communication, organisation, and professionalism
\n - Manage the day-to-day non clinical operations of the centre, ensuring all activities run efficiently and effectively
\n - Deliver outstanding client services by addressing enquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of customer care
\n - Monitor health and safety compliance within the centre to ensure a secure environment for staff and Clients
\n - Maintain accurate records of centre activities, including financial transactions.
\n - Collaborate with external service providers as needed to support centre operations
\n - Implement organisational policies and procedures to uphold quality standards
