Our client is a famous integrated agency looking for an ambitious and dynamic Account Manager to work on iconic household name brands across digital, CRM and social campaigns. You will be passionate about producing work that is high profile and culturally relevant.

Account Manager Role:

  • Receiving and interpreting client briefs, with an eye for spotting any gaps, as well as new opportunities to elevate.
  • Managing creative work using your passion to support delivery of work to the highest standard, whilst ensuring integrity of the creative and alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Ensuring the work you are delivering is ‘on strategy’.
  • Responsible for writing and preparing strong briefs for creative/design/copy teams, ensuring all key and relevant detail is provided to complete the best work.
  • Building and leveraging internal relationships across the studio.
  • Managing finances end-to-end across all owned projects, from building SOWs and planning resource, through to ensuring projects remain within the designated budget and timings allocation.
  • Presenting confidently externally to clients, and internally.

Account Manager Candidate:

  • 3 years marketing experience and integrated TTL campaign delivery.
  • Demonstrates proactivity and genuine interest in clients’ business and their ambitions.
  • Excellent client relationship skills, able to build trust and strong ways of working.
  • Action orientated and loves accomplishing tasks.
  • A ferocious attitude and can-do nature.
  • Ability to work autonomously but knows when to involve colleagues for the best outcome.
  • Super organised individual who keeps jobs on track and maintains open communication.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and agility, understanding that things don’t always go to plan.
  • Solutions orientated but open and honest to ask questions or request support.
  • Commercially curious with a keen interest in the client’s industry and emerging trends.
