The Account Director Role

  • You will amplify campaign messages by identifying and building productive partnerships with like-minded organisations.
  • A natural client manager, you will be confident with leading from the front and pulling together project teams which could consist of experts from creative, PR and social media.
  • You will deliver large scale integrated accounts including paid and partnerships.
  • You will demonstrate exceptional project management skills to develop creative campaigns with and for partners.
  • A polished presenter, you will be confident with writing and presenting engaging and thought-provoking brief responses to clients.
  • An adept people manager, you will be comfortable with driving the output of the project team in an inspiring way to foster the best client servicing, strategic output and creative briefs and ideas.
  • You are keen to develop those around you and will play an active role in mentoring and nurturing the talent of junior members of the team.
  • Commercially astute, you will always have an eye on the bigger picture and be comfortable scoping out relevant client targets and deliverables to ensure objectives are met.
  • You will take financial responsibility for your client accounts, pulling together scopes of work and having oversight of the financial forecast of clients.

  • Creative Agency experience in delivering large scale integrated accounts including paid and partnerships.
