As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep the operation running safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You'll: · Lead and motivate a small warehouse team, allocating resources and managing shift activities. · Oversee receiving, storage, inventory and dispatch operations. · Maintain temperature-controlled conditions and protect product integrity. · Drive performance against operational KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. · Champion health & safety, food safety and regulatory compliance. · Support HACCP, BRC, GDP and MHRA requirements. · Monitor inventory, investigate discrepancies and support quality control. · Use WMS/ERP and temperature-monitoring systems to maintain operational accuracy. · Identify and resolve problems quickly, escalating where appropriate. · Support continuous improvement, digitalisation and automation initiatives. What are we looking for? We're looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example and gets results. You'll ideally have: · Previous warehouse/logistics experience, ideally within food, pharmaceutical or temperature-controlled environments. · Experience supervising or leading a team. · An understanding of warehouse compliance, health & safety and product integrity. · Experience with WMS/ERP systems. · Strong organisational and communication skills. · A practical, solutions-focused approach. · The resilience and adaptability to thrive in a changing environment.
