Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our client's team covering the Gravesend and Dartford areas. This is a hands-on outdoor role ideal for candidates who enjoy working outside and take pride in maintaining public and green spaces to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and general grounds maintenance
- Using hand tools and powered equipment safely and effectively
- Maintaining outdoor areas to a high standard
- Travelling between local sites during the working day

- Valid UK manual driving licence (essential)
- Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping, or gardening experience essential
