Our NHS client based in Stoke on Trent has an exciting opportunity for a Domestic Cleaner to join their team as soon as possible! The role is due to start as soon as possible and will be a temporary ongoing position in the first instance. The hours of work will be 9am-2pm OR 10am-3pm, working every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday (15 hours) with a pay rate of £12.21 per hour. Please note a Standard DBS check with a clear result will be required for this post.
As a Domestic Cleaner, you will be responsible for:
- Cleaning patient areas including bed spaces, bathrooms, kitchens and communal areas to NHS cleaning standards
- Perform daily deep cleaning tasks
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
- Respond to cleaning requests related to spills, bodily fluids or isolation areas
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly
We are looking for someone who has previous cleaning experience in a similar role and someone who is reliable and able to lone work confidently and efficiently.
