Barker Ross Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to work at a site in Teesworks, TS6. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner to join a professional team. Full site training will be provided before you start.
Location: Teesworks, TS6
Start Date: 30th July
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (PAYE)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 06:30 - 15:00
- Friday: 07:00 - 13:00
Duties:
- Carrying out general cleaning duties across the site
- Cleaning offices, welfare facilities, toilets, kitchens and communal areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Replenishing consumables such as soap, toilet paper and paper towels
- Following COSHH regulations and safe working procedures when using cleaning chemicals
- Ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard
- Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns to the site supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential
- Good knowledge of COSHH regulations
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Black workwear
- Hi-vis vest
- Safety boots
