We are looking for a dynamic and driven Branch Manager for our Milton Keynes office. On a day-to-day basis your responsibilities will be:
- Manage the overall function of the branch.
- Ensure office conduct is to a professional level.
- Ensure the office has adequate staffing over lunch, holidays and client visits.
- Manage the health & safety of the branch.
- Overall management of the supply of temporary employees from the branch.
- Lead weekly meetings and set task objectives.
- Achieving budget and targets set in monthly meetings.
- React to any negotiation or client query by troubleshooting, identifying problems and quickly resolving.
- Manage the team's annual appraisals.
- Review any training issues or requirements with individuals.
- Liaise with HR regarding all queries and complaints escalated by consultants, clients and candidates.
- Research new sectors and locations to maximize both growth and profitability.
