Line Leader / Line coordinator – 14.22 per hour – Banbury
Location: Banbury, OX16
Pay Rate: 14.22 per hour
Shifts: 06:00-14:00 Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

A leading co-packing company in Banbury is looking for an experienced and reliable Line Leader/Production Line Supervisor to join their production team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong focus on team performance and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of operatives on the co-packing line to meet daily targets
Ensure all quality and safety standards are consistently maintained
