Job Description:
Barker Ross is seeking dedicated Re-Work Operatives/Packers to join our team and work for our client based in Desborough. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and who are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Monday to Friday
- 06:00am – 14:00pm
- 14:00pm – 22:00pm
- Pay: 12.21
Overtime rate: 18.32 per hour (after 37.5 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Re-packing Chocolates: Carefully re-pack chocolates to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for distribution.
Working on the Production Line: Assist in various stages of the production process, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
Stacking Pallets: Efficiently stack pallets to ensure safe and organized storage of products.
Labelling Boxes: Accurately label boxes with the correct product information, including batch numbers and expiration dates.
Safety Awareness: Be mindful of running machinery and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in operation to ensure a safe working environment.

Punctuality: Consistently arrive on time for shifts and meet deadlines.
Reliability: Demonstrate dependability and a strong work ethic, consistently performing tasks to the best of your ability.
