A leading UK specialist in high-volume contract packing and FMCG supply chain solutions, operating at the heart of major retail networks has a great opportunity for an Operations Analyst. The business partners with well-known brands to ensure products reach shelves quickly, efficiently, and to the highest standard through precision packing, labelling, and product assembly. Backed by the scale of a national logistics network, it offers the stability of a large organisation with the energy and pace of specialist operations where no two days are the same. This is a Mon to Fri position working 6am to 2pm.

The Role

Working closely with the Site General Manager at Bardon, the Operations Analyst plays a key role in driving site performance visibility and operational accuracy. You'll be responsible for delivering clear, timely reporting on daily performance and weekly results, while acting as the first point of contact for all invoicing and financial queries. This is a highly visible role where your data and insights directly support decision-making across the site and wider stakeholder group, ensuring performance reporting is aligned with customer expectations and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the GM and Customer Account Manager to report daily site performance
  • Collate, validate, and distribute operational KPI reporting to key stakeholders
  • Act as the primary contact for customers on invoicing and financial queries
