Our NHS client based in Norwich has several exciting opportunities for Hospital Cleaners to join their team as soon as possible! The roles will be temporary, working ongoing until further notice with the potential to be offered a contract directly with the client, depending on performance.

We currently have the following shifts available:

  • 4:30pm-11:00pm, Monday to Friday (30 hours per week)
  • 3:30pm-10:00pm, Monday to Friday (30 hours per week)
  • 2:00pm-10:00pm, Saturday & Sunday (15 hours per week)

The pay rate for the role will be £12.71 per hour.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Perform deep cleaning, terminal cleans and routine tasks as required, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising toilets/bathrooms and patient areas
  • Removing and disposing of different types of waste from hospital waste including general, contaminated and waste from bins
  • May involve direct or indirect patient contact depending on the role and to clean blood and/or bodily fluid in public areas. Will have to use chemicals to clean

We are looking for candidates who have previous cleaning experience, ideally within a hospital environment who are able to deliver excellent standards to patients across the site.

Please note, a Standard DBS check will be required for this role.
