Barker Ross is recruiting part-time ad-hoc operatives for our client in Round Spinney, Northampton. Once trained, you may work across different departments.

This role is ideal for candidates who are available to work any of the following shifts: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, or 10:00-18:00. Ad-hoc availability is required, so candidates must be able to work when needed.

The Role

Work in a fast-paced environment, supporting production across different areas. After training, you may rotate across departments to gain experience and support the team where needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently
  • Perform assembly tasks accurately according to instructions
  • Inspect parts for defects or quality issues
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality
  • Follow health and safety procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production preferred
  • Quality control or inspection experience is advantageous
