Your Mission: Lead, Inspire, Deliver

  • Commercial Acumen: Skilled in managing P&L, budgets, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
  • Health & Safety Focus: Demonstrated commitment to H&S excellence; IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications preferred.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and deliver results in challenging operational settings.
  • Highly Organised: Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities, processes, and teams efficiently.
