Barker Ross is looking for enthusiastic Re-Work Operatives / Packers to join our client's busy team in Desborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for stable, rewarding work in production and packaging. No prior experience is needed - full training will be provided!
Shift & Pay
- Monday to Friday, AM shift: 06:00 - 14:00
- Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Overtime: £19 per hour (after 37.5 hours)
Your Role
- Carefully re-pack chocolates to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist on the production line and support smooth operations
- Stack pallets safely and efficiently
- Label boxes accurately, including batch numbers and expiry dates
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment
Key Skills & Qualities
- Punctual and reliable

- Team player, able to work collaboratively
- Safety-conscious around machinery and Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
