HR Administrator / Advisor
Barker Ross are currently recruiting on behalf of a client who is looking for a HR Administrator / Advisor for their head office in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their HR career while gaining exposure to HR systems, employee relations and continuous process improvement.
Main Duties
- Book new starters
- Administer employee changes
- Test new system integrations
Further Job Details
- Provide temporary, ad-hoc support to the HR and People Services team as instructed
- Carry out general administration tasks for the HR department, such as opening post, creating employee files and accurately filing all employee documentation
- Ensure department filing is up to date and that all paper-based employee files are accurately maintained
- Assist with the annual salary review and commission processes as required
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee files and information within the scope of the role
- Support any other administrative duties or departmental projects as requested by Head of HR, Senior People Services Advisor or Head of People Services
