Barker Ross is recruiting a Line Leader for a fast-paced co-pack operation in Lutterworth. This is your chance to step into a hands-on leadership role with a world-leading food and beverage company, offering stability, development, and long-term career prospects.

The Role
As a Line Leader, you'll take ownership of the production line, leading a team to meet targets while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role, where your leadership will directly impact performance and team success.
Shift Details
- 14:00 - 22:00
- £14.10 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support your team
- Packing and repacking of soft drinks
- Drive production to meet daily targets and product specifications
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and quality
- Complete accurate records and paperwork using IT/WMS systems
- Support audits and compliance checks
- Train and develop new team members
- Act as a role model for best practices on the shop floor
- Work alongside your team, hands-on, when needed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Proactive "can-do" attitude
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Basic IT skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
