A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solutions Design Engineer to join a well-respected, financially secure and growing global 3PL business with presence in 95 countries. They are keen to hear from aspiring, results-oriented and customer-centric individuals who want to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking commercial team to drive the company's ambitious growth targets.
As part of their continued success, there is an immediate opening due to continued growth and new business wins. Your knowledge will need to reflect expertise as a Solutions Design Engineer / Manager having worked for a large 3PL previously. There is great flexibility in respect of where you are based.
Amongst new business development and implementation, client growth and retention and the overall development of the department, you will work in conjunction with the wider business to identify areas / projects where solution design can add real, tangible value. The role is varied, fast paced and will require a very high calibre candidate that thrives in a dynamic environment, always with the customer at the heart of everything they do.
You will get to understand your customers inside out and develop relationships that are based on trust, integrity and delivering what you say you will. Reputation is key.
