Our well established client based in Lincoln is a well known parts and accessories specialist, that supplies components for classic and modern British vehicles. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis!
The role is full time, working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Please note, this is a fully office based role.
The annual salary offered is £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day performance and management of the Customer Service Team, providing effective customer service and escalation handling.
Duties of the role will include:
- Responsible for service levels, response times and customer satisfaction across phone, email, chat and social media channels
- Coaching, mentoring and leading the customer service team
- Being the point of contact for any escalations and owning end to end resolution of all customer issues and/or complaints
- Monitor Trustpilot, Google and social reviews
- Drive consistent team performance by setting clear expectations and goals
- Flexibility to visit customers as and when required
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience within a management role, have strong, clear communication skills and will ideally have experience working within the automotive industry or have a genuine passion for classic cars.
