Barker Ross is looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our successful Leicester Industrial team. We are seeking someone with at least one year's recruitment or account management experience who can hit the ground running and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a varied role where you will build and maintain strong client relationships, manage the day-to-day running of customer accounts, and ensure the highest standards of service are delivered to both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop existing client accounts to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
- Ensure excellent customer retention through outstanding service delivery.
- Resolve customer and candidate issues professionally and efficiently.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of client contracts.
- Maintain accurate personnel and recruitment records.
- Advertise vacancies using social media and other recruitment platforms.
- Interview and register candidates seeking employment.
- Support candidates through assessments and on-site client inductions.
- Handle incoming telephone enquiries.
- Assist with worker compliance, including Right to Work and eligibility checks.
