A respected human resources consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support TUPE processes and employee consultations in Wigston. This interim role requires immediate availability and offers a salary between £35,000 and £41,000 per annum, pro-rata.

The successful candidate will provide essential HR support, maintain compliance with employment law, and manage employee relations issues. This position is office-based four days per week, allowing one day of remote work.
