- Lead recruitment across all UK business areas, personally delivering senior and business‑critical hires
- Build workforce plans and proactive talent pipelines to reduce agency reliance
- Design and implement efficient, candidate‑focused recruitment processes
- Lead, coach and develop a team of two resourcing professionals
- Provide insights and data‑driven reporting to senior leadership

- Flexibility will be required to attend visits with leadership teams at a number of sites around the UK
