Barker Ross Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and reliable Mobile Cleaning Operative to join their team in Southampton. This is a full-time evening role working within an NHS healthcare environment, where maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards is essential. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will be required to drive between multiple sites during your shift. A fully funded company vehicle will be provided for work use.
The Role
- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 16:00 - 00:00 (flexible)
- 20 hours per week based at a clinic
- Remaining hours covering additional sites and ad hoc cleaning duties
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality cleaning services across NHS and associated sites
- Maintain strict hygiene and infection control standards
- Travel between sites as required (company vehicle provided for work use)
- Adhere to all health & safety procedures
