Looking for a stable, long term role with a leading logistics company? Barker Ross is recruiting experienced FLT Reach Truck Drivers to join a friendly and supportive warehouse team in Coalville, Bardon (LE67). Whether you're looking for a Monday to Friday shift or the flexibility of 4 on 4 off, we have shifts to suit you.
Pay & Shifts
- Monday to Friday (Rotating) 6:00am to 2:00pm / 2:00pm to 10:00pm £14.50 per hour
- 4 on 4 off 6:00am to 6:00pm £14.65 per hour

Your Role
As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you'll be responsible for:
- Operating Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving and replenishing palletised stock
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Supporting general warehouse operations
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
What We're Looking For
- Valid FLT Reach Truck licence (nationally accredited preferred)
- In house licences also considered, with refresher training provided where required
- Previous Reach Truck and warehouse experience
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with a positive attitude
