Our client, a leading electrical appliance company based in Leicester, is seeking a Fleet Administrator to support their transport department. This role ensures compliance with legislation, operator licence requirements, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the fleet compliance planner (MOT, PMI, LOLER, Tacho inspections, etc.).
- Monitor and report on fleet service performance.
- Liaise with maintenance teams and external service providers.
- Manage vehicle tax, insurance, fines, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee driver compliance systems (Davis Licence Check, Tachomaster, WTD records).
- Administer fuel card audits, vehicle telematics, and fleet lists.
- Process purchase orders and repair approvals.
- Ensure operator licence compliance.
Person Specification:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Flexible and team-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in a transport/fleet administration role (essential).
