Barker Ross Group in Desborough is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Goods in/Goods out) on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support the Shift Manager, motivate staff, and ensure KPIs are met while maintaining Health & Safety standards.
The role includes managing Goods Inwards, outbound picking, and ensuring accurate systems for receipts and dispatches. Shift hours are rotating 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday, with ongoing staff development and policy adherence.
