Barker Ross is looking for reliable and enthusiastic Packing Operatives to join our client's busy production team in Desborough. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for stable, ongoing work in a controlled production environment. No prior experience is required - full training will be provided.
Shift & Pay: Monday to Friday, Either 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00
Your Role:
- Packing finished chocolate products on a production line
- Ensuring products meet quality standards before packing
- Working at a steady, consistent pace to meet production targets
- Sealing, wrapping, and labelling finished goods accurately
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workstation
- Working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
Key Skills & Qualities:
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a controlled hygiene environment
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
Controlled Environment PPE Requirements:
- Hairnet
