Barker Ross are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our client's Clean & Clear team based in Coalville. This role will be temp to perm for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is highly organised, confident using IT systems, and able to quickly learn new procedures and processes. The position is available immediately and offers a varied role supporting a busy operational team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing invoices relating to planned and reactive works programmes
  • Monitoring and managing work orders to ensure timely completion
  • Maintaining and updating electronic document management systems
  • Monitoring service performance information and preparing reports when required
  • Administering contracts, including processing subcontractor invoices and cost information
  • Managing shared email inboxes and responding to enquiries appropriately
  • Recording meeting minutes and maintaining accurate project records
  • Processing and monitoring data from management software systems
  • Ordering consumables and supplies in line with company procedures
  • Providing administrative support across the wider team as required
About You:
  • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Experience with invoicing, data processing, or contract administration would be advantageous
Working Arrangements:

Office-based in Coalville. 21 hours per week, working Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Some flexibility and home working opportunities may be available depending on business requirements.
