Looking for Reach Truck work? Barker Ross is recruiting FLT Reach Truck Drivers for a 4 on 4 off shift to join a leading COPACK operation based in Coalville, Bardon (LE67).
This is an excellent opportunity to secure full-time, ongoing work with a well-established employer offering competitive pay, regular shifts, and a supportive working environment.
Shift Timing:
4 on 4 off shift pattern - Day Shift 06:00 to 18:00
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A valid FLT Reach Truck licence (nationally accredited preferred)
- In-house licences will also be considered, with refresher training provided where required
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous Reach Truck and warehouse experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you'll be responsible for:
- Moving, storing and replenishing palletised stock
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Operating Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
- Picking, packing and repacking customer orders
- Completing goods-in and goods-out checks
- Supporting general warehouse operations
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
