We are currently recruiting for an Order Picker to join a busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for ongoing, full-time work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch while ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Picking and packing customer orders using pick sheets or handheld scanners
- Accurately selecting products and quantities in line with order requirements
- Preparing orders for dispatch and securely stacking goods where required
- Checking products for quality and reporting any damages or discrepancies
- Assisting with stock movement and general warehouse duties
- Operating pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment (training provided if required)
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Following all company health and safety procedures
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
