Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Counterbalance Driver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating Counterbalance truck to transport, stack, and store goods in our warehouse. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent coordination, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CB trucks to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Stack and store materials in appropriate areas, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of CB trucks.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid CB certification/license.
- Proven experience as a CB driver in similar role.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to operate CB trucks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying warehouse conditions.
