Job Title: Maintenance Operative (Temporary) Location: York, YO10 Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour Start Date: ASAP We are currently recruiting for a reliable Maintenance Operative to work at a university in York. Key Responsibilities: Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs. Measure and check window restrictors. Inspect window fittings and report any faults or damage. Use basic measuring tools and record measurements accurately. Follow health and safety procedures at all times. Requirements: Previous maintenance, handyman or general repair experience. Good attention to detail and practical skills. Reliable, punctual and able to work independently. Must follow health and safety instructions.
