My client is one of the UK's largest provider of used and new vehicles. Their services range from New Vehicle Services, Used Vehicle Refurbishment, Vehicle Imaging and Vehicle Re-marketing. They require a Vehicle Handover Specialist to join their busy team based in Corby Northamptonshire. The hourly rate is Β£13.30 per hour and the role is running through until January 2027, with a view to joining their Team permanently. Duties and Responsibilities will include: To manage the vehicle handover process for collection agents for all models and manufacturers. Be knowledgeable about all the vehicles that are handed over so that specific enquiries on controls/features/specifications can be answered. Ensure all necessary paperwork / checks required by the contract have been completed prior to the vehicles leaving site. To Work closely within the handover team to keep customer care and satisfaction at top industry levels at all times Responsible for the quality and cleanliness of vehicles being handed over. Act as the main point of contact for customers at the point of collection To offer an explanation of the vehicle controls and demonstrate as required. To assist with the Hand-over Agents with the handover of vehicles To ensure all vehicles are present in the GTG area and checked by the end of the working day for the next day's collections. Supporting other areas within the Handover process when necessary. The ideal candidate would be from a Car Sales background.
