About the Role

Barker Ross is currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction site based in Cressing, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high safety standards and has a proactive approach to site operations.

As a Traffic Marshall, you\'ll play a vital role in keeping the site running smoothly and safely. You\'ll be responsible for managing vehicle movements, controlling site access, and assisting with deliveries to ensure the efficient flow of traffic on-site.


Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate vehicle movements safely around the site

  • Control site access and manage gatekeeping duties

  • Assist with deliveries and ensure safe unloading and storage

  • Maintain effective communication with site management and drivers

  • Ensure all site safety procedures are followed at all times


Requirements

? Valid CSCS card
? Valid Traffic Marshall (TM) ticket
? Previous site experience
? Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
? Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
? Proof of Right to Work in the UK
