Electronics & Electro-Mechanical Applications Engineer - Permanent Watford, Hertfordshire Permanent Position Immediate Start We're looking for a
hands-on Electronics & Electro-Mechanical Applications Engineer
to join a specialist fire detection and electronics testing laboratory. The role will involve: Electronics & electro-mechanical design and development Developing test rigs, fixtures and laboratory equipment Commissioning and validating systems Fault-finding and troubleshooting Working with suppliers and technical stakeholders Managing technical projects from concept through to completion Will support the delivery of several laboratory development and capital investment (CAPEX) projects, taking responsibility for identifying technical solutions, engaging with suppliers, procuring equipment, coordinating implementation activities and delivering fully operational systems. Ideal experience:
Electronics Engineering, Applications Engineering, Mechatronics, Test Engineering or a related field, with practical experience in design, testing and commissioning. Experience with
CAD, Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, instrumentation or data acquisition systems
would be advantageous. ??
