Skills Required
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or Mechanical Maintenance.
- Experience carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
- Experience with reactive maintenance and fault finding.
- Good knowledge of:
- HVAC systems
- Plumbing
- Pumps
- Motors
- Valves
- Pipework
- Understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
- Experience using CAFM systems (such as Concept, Maximo, Planon, MRI, or similar).
Shift pattern
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts:
- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Must be willing to join an out-of-hours on-call rota.
