Our public sector client based in North Tyneside is currently seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join their team as soon as possible.

The role will be temporary for 3 months lasting until the end of January 2026 initially, but may be extended depending upon the needs of the business.
The hours of work will be full time Monday to Friday, working a total of 37 hours per week with a pay rate of £18.23 per hour.
The role will involve working within Child Protection Services and so a high level of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information will be required.
Please note the main requirement for this role is to accurately minute and record with a high degree of accuracy in Child Protection and Child in Our Care Reviews, with good presentation and minimum amendments, using visual display and so experience with minute taking is essential.
Duties of the role will include:-
Accurately minute and record Child Protection and Child in Our Care Reviews
Assist in the development of Quality Assurance systems and processes, to ensure that all meetings take place within timescales agreed
Ability to provide high quality support in terms of diary management, distribution of invites and other admin tasks as directed by the Business Support Manager
Input and extraction of information from a computerised client information database
We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator who is a confident user of MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook and can accurately record minutes, with proven experience of this.
