Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Construction Site Administrator to join a leading Tier 1 construction contractor working on the HMP Ranby project. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and reliable administrator looking to gain long-term experience within a major construction environment, with genuine progression opportunities available.

Location: HMP Ranby

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 12:00pm

Start: Immediate start available

The Role: You will be supporting the site management and logistics team with day-to-day administration duties on a busy construction project. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who can work in a fast-paced site environment.

Duties Will Include:

  • Managing site paperwork and filing systems
  • Booking in visitors, operatives and deliveries
  • Assisting with inductions and site documentation
  • Updating spreadsheets and trackers
  • Maintaining accurate records of labour and attendance
  • General administration support to the site management team
  • Handling emails, telephone calls and site correspondence
  • Supporting health & safety administration processes

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Professional and reliable approach to work
  • Construction experience beneficial but not essential
