Job Title: Site Manager - Facilities Management

Location: Swanscombe, Kent
Salary: £38,000-£40,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead caretaking teams and subcontractors.
Oversee maintenance, cleaning and catering services.
Ensure health and safety and statutory compliance.
Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance.
Carry out site audits and manage risks.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' facilities or site management experience.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and health and safety.
Experience managing contractors and teams.
Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
