Barker Ross is currently recruiting Order Voice Pickers for a well-established client based in Bilsthorpe, Newark. This is an excellent opportunity offering temporary-to-permanent employment for the right candidates.
Hours of Work
- Shift patterns available:
- Sunday to Thursday: 21:00 - 06:00
- Sunday to Thursday: 17:00 - 01:00
Pay Rate
- £13.33 per hour
- £50 weekly night shift allowance (paid when all shifts are completed)
- Overtime rate: £19.99 per hour
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Voice picking using warehouse systems
- Moving stock around the warehouse using pump truck and PPT
- Processing inbound and outbound orders
- Occasional heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
Please note: This is a temperature-controlled environment. Full PPE suitable for cold store conditions will be provided.
Important Information
- Induction and training are fully paid
- Candidates must be available to attend a full 5-day training week (Monday-Friday, 09:00/10:00 - 18:00) during their first week
