About You You will have: Excellent written communication and drafting skills.

Experience writing policies, procedures or governance documentation, or a Law degree with demonstrable drafting ability.

Desirable Knowledge of UK employment law.
Experience within policy, governance, compliance, legal services or a regulated environment.
