FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVES - IMMEDIATE START!
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay: £13. per hour
Shifts:
Day shift: 06:30-15:00
Afternoon shift: 14:30-23:00
Employment: Ongoing work

We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a fast-growing food manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes.
You'll be working as part of a busy production team, helping to manufacture and prepare high-quality food products while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
The Role
- . Place dough balls into clean trays according to PJ Food Service standards.
- Monitor productivity standards by analyzing metrics surrounding key performance indicators. Recommend/implement ways to improve performance.
- Insure all dough trays are properly dated, stack and down-stack proper number of trays and maintain rotation practices at proper cooling temperature(s).
- Maintain and document Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards on cleanliness and sanitation to insure product is free of contamination or foreign material.
- Presoak dough trays and process through tray washer.
- Full training provided
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding production environment
- Able to carry out regular manual handling
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
- Good attention to detail
- Able to follow procedures and instructions
- Reliable with good attendance
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- No jewellery or makeup permitted in production areas
- Willing to undergo occasional drug and alcohol testing
