Barker Ross is recruiting Grounds Maintenance Operatives on behalf of our client, offering a great temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and experienced candidates.
The Role
You will be working across commercial and public sites throughout the Midlands, covering areas from Northampton to Sheffield. This is a hands-on, outdoor role suited to individuals who enjoy physical work and early starts.
Key Duties
- Operating mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, and blowers
- Grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, and general grounds maintenance
- Loading, using, and maintaining equipment safely
- Travelling as part of a mobile team
Requirements
- Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Confident using maintenance machinery
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable with early starts and varied locations
- Full UK driving licence essential
