Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor junior care assistants, conduct staff supervisions, and coordinate shift rotas.

Care Planning: Create, monitor, and update person-centred care plans as residents' needs change.

Medication Management: Oversee and complete medication administration records (MAR charts) and support correct medication regimes.

Family and Professional Communication: Update families on a resident's progress and liaise with visiting doctors, nurses, and social workers.

Personal and Daily Care: Assist residents with washing, dressing, mobility, and eating when required.
