We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for long-term work with competitive rates of pay.
Shift Pattern
- 12-hour shifts: 6:00am - 6:00pm
- Candidates must be able to work the following rotating shift pattern:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday
Pay Rates
- Standard Rate: £12.96 per hour
- Saturday: £15.96 per hour
- Sunday: £19.15 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
- Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck is essential.
- Ability to work the rotating shift pattern.
- Reliable, punctual and safety conscious.
- A flexible approach to overtime when required.
