Duties
General DIY and maintenance
Painting and touch-up work
Fixing small leaks and minor plumbing issues
Replacing taps and bulbs
Carrying out small repairs and general upkeep
Requirements
Previous maintenance or handyman experience
Good DIY skills
Painting and basic repair experience
Reliable and able to work independently
